Is it is a standerd item you buy over the counter?

We are looking at building a truer but the sanding drum is a problem. We can get the Hudy drum but then it becomes pricy.

first y buy the truer
dem y do the cilinder in aluminiun in my factory

the diameter is 35milimeter and y use glue
after dis y start the truer
