| B.A.R.T The EPC might have been an mainly European affair, but this did not stop 2 American drivers to attend the race. For Belgium team Rush, in desperate need of a 3rd pilot, the presence of Messrs de Lespinay and Mc Mahon offered a welcome reinforcement. The team immidiatly rebranded itself as the Belgium American Racing Team. Although their car was far from being well sorted, the experience of the 2 US pilots made a big impression on their Belgium teammates. Perseverence rather than raw speed was rewarded by a 11th place. |
