Time table Les 9 Heures 2004 December 11th/12th



Timetable Les 9 Heures 2004 December 11th/12th.

Friday:

20.00 - 23.00 Free-practice

During this free-practice cars can be called in for a technical
inspection. So the teams can make their changes to the car if it’s not
legal.


Saturday:

08.00 - 11.00 hrs.
Free practice. During free practice technical inspection.

11.00 - 11.20 hrs. Technical inspection of all cars; after that line-up Concours d' Elegance.

11.20 - 11.50 hrs. Concours d'Elegance; teampresentation; making pictures

11.50 - 12.10 hrs. Qualifikation

12.10 - 12.30 hrs. Administration and line-up for the race. In the mean time drivers
breefing by Mr. Tamar Nelwan.

12.30 - 20.30 hrs. Start of the first part (8 driving periods) of "Les Neuf Heures 2004".

20.30 - 21.00 hrs. Cars in Parc Fermé; we leave the race center and drive to the (chinese?)
restaurant.

24.00 hrs. Closing down.


Zondag

08.00 - 08.30 hrs. Warming-Up

08.30 - 18.30 hrs. Start of the second part (8 driving periods) of "Les Neuf Heures 2004".
Lottery-tickets can be bought; you can win very nice prices.

18.30 - .........hrs. Price giving ; lottery will take place etc. etc.


What do you need this weekend of "Les Neuf Heures 2004"?

- A good humour
- Bring only one case with spare parts with you otherwise teams will have to stay in the (cold) garage next
to the track.
- Sufficient Euro’s

Sleeping:

Hotel "het Anker" (5 minutes from raceway); telephone 0031 - 58 - 212 52 16.
Hotel "Bastion" (by car: 10 minutes from raceway) telephone 0031 - 58 - 289 01 12
Hotel "Campanile" ( " " " " " " " " " " " " " " " " " " " telephone 0031 - 58 - 288 06 05

R o u t e description:

- From "the Afsluitdijk" to Leeuwarden
- You will enter a roundabout; go straight on.
- At the second roundabout go to the left
- Then take the first way to the right and drive along the water.; road turns to the right.
- At the crossing go to the right across the bridge.
- Next roundabout take the first way to the right but go (left) across the water.
- First road to the left across the bridge.
- Straight on is Zuidvliet; third building at the right is Zuidvliet 6; M.R.C.L..(garage)

- You enter Leeuwarden from Sneek or Heerenveen (do not take Leeuwarden-oost).
- You come across a bridge and enter a threeway crossing..(Oostergoplein)
- Go to the right at the traffic lights.
- Go straight on at the next traffic lights.
- Go to the left side of the road (Lekkum); road turns to the left.
- From here you drive to the 5 th roundabout and go to the left; this is “ het Vliet” .
- Straight on at the next roundabout.
- Third building from the end at the left side is Zuidvliet 6; M.R.C.L. (garage).
