Gratefulness of CURSA MODELS to the 1/24 slot racers
Hi to all members,
From CURSA MODELS we want to be thankful to all the people who has trusted in our last race model: the Audi R8R, since as you can verify it is an
authentic machine of victories, we are very satisfied with the obtained design, corroborated by the results in official races, in the time of 15 days,
it has obtained three important victories:
- XI Spanish Slot Championship, category Le Mans Sport, victory of Jaume Calvet in an exciting end of race winning by only 40 centimeters to Jose Luis
Aparicio, both with Audi R8R, like the 9 first classified racers.
- IV 24 Hours of Resistance Plafit, one race pioneer of slot 1/24 with four symmetrical tracks and 26 teams of 4-6 high level racers each, with a
great victory of the Team Slot Terrassa 1, obtaining to Audi R8R the 5 first positions, second Almodeli1 from Zaragoza, and third Mil Lagos Team from
Mallorca.
- Final LMS of resistance of Spa Franchorchamps (Alsdorf): this test has also won by an Audi R8R of Cursa Models with Plafit chassis, concretely of
the Bad Boys with Michael Niemas, Christof Kremer and Philip Kremer, who 15 days ago became Champions of Europe de Plafit here in Igualada city,
during the Championship of Spain, occasion in which could discover and see the benefits of the Audi in situ. They did not doubt in acquiring a unit
and giving the surprise that they have given in the magnificent track of the Spa Francorchamps slot track, race in which also was Spanish
participation of the hand of Francesc Reyes and Alvaro Sarabia who obtained a really commendable third place with a Mercedes CLR.
