As some of you may know about two months ago the RFH-workshop was flooded with 40.000 ltrs of water from a broken water hose, with had been pumping in water all day and night ;). After intensive cleaning all night by the salvage-company we had to improvise in order to still get our cars ready for the IMCA worlds. :comp::comp1:, finally, with tools and parts missing, we still managed to get our cars running at a respectable pace.

Now, two weeks after the Worlds, RFH has begun work to finally realise what the team has always been talking about. And that is to clear out the old (and at some places rotten) Fleischmann 4-laner track, in order to create sufficient room for extensive professional workbench-space :D

This will mean that, together with the completely new set of rules we will come up with next year, RFH is working on big workdesks, an enclosed dust-free, heated painting area, a chemicals area for laminating, grinding inserts and trueing tyres, a very clean decal-station, an electronics department, and a bay full of Plafit parts for the RFH-chassis'.
And, last but not least, our own two-laner 'Paul Ricard Test Track'. Plans have been made (though you know plans mean nothing in RFH) to make a simple wooden two-laner, with a tighening curve, a 'busstop like' chicane and two fast kinks. Complete with big run-off areas.

Together with the new idea to plan our activities in the future, we are hoping to bring even nicer, faster and better cars to the tracks. Hopefully RFH can start their new raceprogram at the start of the new LMS season next year.
